You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Installed or charged batteries are not eligible unless defective.
Defective items
If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order reference and a photo.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment arrangement.
